gpedit.msc doesnt show Internet explorer options

Under gpedit, user,admin,windows components there is no internet explorer
option.
why wouldnt it be an option, and can I add it.??

The IE options show here on XP Pro SP3, Charlie. The Help file confirms
that it exists but ... I see no way to create it.

Right click on Administrative Templates, and then click Add/Remove
Templates and add the inetres template (inetres.adm). You should find
the template in %systemroot%\system32\GroupPolicy\Adm.
