gp replication

how fast does GP replicate?
we have 8 servers, 5 are for AD
i am having trouble with folder redirection, and am working on it, but when
i reset one GP, and log in as the user, it always picks another logon
server, and i dont know if the GP has updated across the domain yet. so, i
dont know if anything i am doin on the folder redirection is working or not
how can i force the replcation?

For what its worth.. it takes 5 minutes to replicate server to server.
