GP for Adding/Removing domain groups to/from local groups

We would like to add a group to the local Admin group on
all the PCs that login to our domain. We have over 700
and I really don't want to do this one at a time. Is
there a group policy that would allow me to add this group
to the local admin group on all the PCs?

Megan,
Go to Computer Configuration-Windows Settings-Security
Settings-Restricted Groups. Right click and add Local
Administrators as a Restricted group and add the Domain
group you want to the Local Administrators group. Works
like a charm.
