How do I make outlook 2002 goto the inbox instead of personal folders upon
startup?

Hi
The location of mail is set at the bottom of the dialog page you get to
by selecting Tools | E-mail Accounts | Next (View or Change...).
Are you getting mail from Exchange, ro straight from an Internet mail
account?
 
Tools->Options->Other->Advanced. Change the Startup in this Folder to the
in-box.
