Goto form if PIN matches the password

I have a form that needs to be password protected for multiple users. I have
a field for [username] and the associated [PIN] (masked with "*******") and
another for PIN_1. If the PIN_1 matches the PIN for that particular user,
then the user will be able to go to form 1. How is this best done? Any
suggestions for this novice access user?
