Google Toolbox that blocks popups

On Google's site, there's a Toolbar you can download that
blocks pop-ups. Does anyone know if this is a good idea
in a corporate environment and if it really works.

I've been running it at work with no problems. The only
thing I saw was some sounds won't be played if they're on
web pages. Otherwise, I think it's greatly improved my
browsing experience and reduced all that stuff you'd
rather not have pop up at work anyway.
