Google toolbar

I like to use google toolbar but it disapears every time
I open my internet browser even though I have it locked.
How do I change this???

Clear the toolbar settings for IE and then restart it to reselect which
ones you want to see. Read the following:

While the provided program is convenient, there isn't much to change so
you might want to visit the link to Microsoft's KB article on changing
the registry.

Right click on an empty area of the IE toolbar. Make sure Google Toolbar is
checked.
