Good tutorials on File Handling and C#

i am trying to read a zipped file in C#. I would appreciate if you
could
point me to some sites where you have good tutorials on file
handling/read/write etc. A good practice approach etc.

I don't know what SharpZipLib has in terms of tutorials etc, but it's
pretty easy to use.
