Good sources for freeware plug-ins for Photoshop?

Hello people.

I am looking for some sources of freeware plug-ins for Photoshop.

I have looked at Google and various plug-ins I found are 'Lite' versions
of commercial stuff.

BTW, I have Photoshop 5.5.

What do you consider to be the best sites for finding Photoshop plug-
ins?

You mean, of course, freeware plug-ins for IrfanView. We don't discuss
commercial products here.

Also other option, and many freeware programs can use Photoshop plug-
ins, even older versions of Gimp could.
