"Good" Free news server

The Seabat

Are there any free news servers available ATT?? I have just switched
to SBCGlobal DSL and their news server (I think it is Prodigy) sucks!
At least it does for binaries. All I get from them are 'incompletes'.
Any ideas or servers out there? Thanks.
