Good enough tree view

I wonder if there is a standard tree view component that has support for
drag-and-drop and right-click popup menus. I have begun implementing such a
component myself and have seen that it is possible, but I would much rather
use a standard component.

There is no standard component, at least any of which I'm aware.

Check out Telerik if you have the budget to buy something like
that...they've got some very cool ones over there...
