can anyone suggest a good book for explaining and using vbe? i dabble a
little, but would like to learn more. so, i don't really need a beginners
book, but don't want a book that assumes i know too much.

any suggestions are welcome.

thanks

Hi
Excel 2002 VBA by Stephen Bullen, John Green, Rob Bovey and Robert
Rosenberg is very good (Wrox, ISBN 0 - 7645 - 4371 - 7) and not too
steep a learning curve for the non beginner. Very good at telling you
what won't work!
The complete Excel object model makes up the second half of the book.
The index is only really useful to the more experienced though, as it
references the object model not what you want to try and do. So if you
don't know the object model very well it can be frustrating to use.

Paul

Do you like Excel 2003 VBA by Kimmel, Green, et al? I find it rather tough
to get through. I have a Walkenbach book for Excel 2000 which is excellent.
Can only afford so many books, and none have everything ... tough choices.
