Good backup software for Windows XP?

Hi,
I've got a question regarding good backup software working under
Windows XP? It's essential for me that this software:
- enables precise definition of what data must be backed up (files,
folders, disks) and has the filters functionality enabling exclusion
of files of some type (specific extension, date etc.)
- enables scheduling (automatic start of backup process)
- enables direct data storage on DVD disks (and is capable to work in
multisession mode!)
- enables incremental backup

I was looking at Nero BackItUp - it's almost good, but has one
disqualifying feature: doesn't work in multisession mode (at least
with write-once DVD+/-R disks). This would force me to store approx.
100MB of new data every week on a new 4.7GB disk, what doesn't make
sense.

I also tried CopyToDVD, but it doesn't enable incremental backup and
I've also read that it doesn't handle multisession mode for DVD disks.

If you have any experience with backup software and you could
recommend something, I'd be very grateful.
Many thanks in advance.
