Goldenpalacecasino.com keeps coming back

This is one annoying site- keeps reinstalling itself on
every reboot. I keep removing it, deleting the file
folder "casino" from my C-drive; but BOOM it comes back.
Also put Goldenpalacecasino.com on my restricted s**t
list.

Any Ideas?

Spyware scanner might help to remove that pest. Try Ad-Aware or Spybot.

Yes, have tried Spybot as well- it keeps coming back. Is
there something in the "start" area I can do? (forgot how
to manage "start" stuff)
