golden palace casino software

I got a string of viruses about a month ago and Golden
Palace Casino software was somehow installed on my
computer. I keep deleting it, and it keeps returning.
I've run virus scan and ad-aware a million times and then
don't catch it. Anyone know how to get rid of this?!
