Going Rates

Please don't scold me for this question; I'm not looking for a job here, nor
am I fishing for people to post their ads here. Please don't flame me or
each other.

I'm just curious what the median rate is for Access development. I've been
programming Access applications for a few years and wonder if I'm grossly
short-changing myself.

I think that your location will be one major factor in getting an accurate
response. In Houston I can buy a 3,000 square foot house with tons of
upgrades for about $200K. The cost of living here is very different from
California or Virginia, etc.

Also, if you are contracting your work or working for a company exclusively.

Good points, Rick. I'm contracting my work in the Minneapolis area and am
just curious of the average price around. I think I'm charging a little too
close to the low end of the scale.
