Going Nuts

This has been driving me crazy for a week.
I have a conflict between the firewall in my router and the firewall in
windows xp. I can't disable either one.
The router will only allow me to disable one computer on the network. I
have three.
When I try to remove the firewall from windows I get the following error
message,

An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was being disabled
(null)

I have tried to remove the network but it still don't work.
Can anyone help me before I go completely berserk?

No, I don't think I do. I followed this link and they told me to an area
where there is supposed to be a checkbox to allow others users to access the
internet thru this computer but it's not there. All that is there is the
checkbox for the firewall. All three computers connect to a router
individually.

Have you tried running the network wizard (again) ?
What kind of router are you using ?
Maybe see if ICS/ICF is setup on any of the other computers ?
