godaddy problems

Has anyone got the cure for opening a godaddy web site? Using FrontPage 2003,
and creating the site locally I cannot seem to connect to the godaddy server.
To give a little history, I originally published the site 3 years ago, but
now it seems to no longer work as it once did. I have followed all procedures
from both the site and the so-called godaddy reps when I call, yet the name
and password to log onto the pages do not work. Resetting thes and
reinstalling extensions do no good either. Is there somethingI am missing?
