Goal seek repeated in many columns

I am building a spread sheet that needs goal-seeker to find changes that satisfy a condition. This needs to be repeated in many columns; say about 36. Doing it by hand is not optimal. Is there a way to make this operate across a spread sheet? Each column has the same layout

I suppose a macro would do it, but is there another way?
