Goal Seek Question

I am using 'goal seek' to find an optimal solution to one line on my sheet.
The form uses one value from the prior line.

This functions perfectly .. no problem

Now I wish to copy this procedure down to the next line but goal-seek is
making me totally rebuild the procedure.

I must be missing something .. help would be appreciated
