Goal Seek Command

My "Goal Seek" command on my tools menu in Excel is faded
and I cannot activate it. I followed all of the
instructions in "Help" but I am not able to utilize the
"Goal seek" command. I am working on a class project which
was due yesterday. Could you please help me? Thanks!

Just a thought. To use Goal seek you must be on a cell that contains "a
formula". It will not work otherwise.
