Does anyone have any experience with this Add-in. After installation,
Outlook will not open. Can Go To Meeting be used without having it as an
add-in on the Outlook Toolbar?

that should just make it easier to get into go to meeting from a meeting.
What version of office do you use? use the help detect and repair or office
diagnostics from word - that should fix outlook.

Diane:
Thanks for your reply. I had (eventually) thought about the repair feature,
and that seems to have fixed the problem. At least Outlook opened without
kicking me over to an error reporting page. BTW; removing the Go to Meeting
toolbar didn't seem to make any difference.

False alarm: The problem persists, but does not seem to be related to Go To
Meeting. Apparently, like many others, it relates to the 12/11/2008 Office
update. Never had the problem before that series of updates. Here's what
happens:
1. Outlook takes several minutes while "loading", but eventually opens a
web page that asks me to make an "informal error report", to which I have
never received a reply, despite providing my e-mail and phone number at least
6 times.

2. The only way to close Outlook is to use Task manager to "end process",
after which Outlook will open an Inbox and a blank view pane. Or, if the
view pane is visible, clicking on a mail item will not put it into the view
pane. Opening the mail item will be OK, but when you close to return to the
inbox. Outlook will be frozen again.

3. Repeated use of Task Manager (ie. end process and reopening) will
eventually get outlook to open. But this has only been an issue in the last
few days.

On 1. - they rarely (if ever) contact the person who submitted the report.
This is because they get enough data from the reports to know what is going
on. On the extremely rare stubborn report that they can't solve they may
contact some of the people who report it, in hopes of collecting more
information so they can repro. Always, always send in the crash reports -
you'll notice that later reports don't send extra data - this is because
they have enough to figure it out.

2. Does it work if you start in safe mode?
3. Repeated crashes usually causes outlook to disable addins.
