Hello All,

I have multiple gmail accounts and plan to use outlook due to repeated
outage of Gmail.
I have imported one of the gmail accounts and I don't find an option to view
emails as I do in Gmail. I was wondering if anyone has got an idea if this is
possible in Outlook.
I tried arranging emails by conversation but it messes up everything. All
emails with same subject title club together i.e. 5 of my friends sent their
wedding invitations with same subject line and all of them clubbed together.
I don't want this kind of view.

Any help in this regard is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Outlook doesn't have a "GMail" view. You can group by date, sender or
conversation but if the subject is the same the messages may be grouped as
one conversation.

Thanks.
I tried all arrange by options but none really help much.
I couldn't really understand much a difference between arrange by
'Conversation' and 'Subject'. It does give me another look at my mailbox
though.

Conversation uses the conversation index created by outlook. If everyone
uses outlook and one changes the subject, outlook groups the conversation,
even though the subjects don't match. If other clients are used, outlook
uses subject to group by.
