Globally change items in View/Columns and View/Arrange By

I have a hundred or so mail boxes and I would like to globally change the
default set of 12 or so items in View/Columns to a set of 6, and de-select
View/Arrange By/Show In Groups; currently I have to manually configure each
mailbox, which is arduous to say the least. Is there a way to do this?

product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to whatever
e-mail client you're using. (Outlook? Outlook Express? Windows Mail? Some
other client?)
