Global turn-off of Error Checking - little yellow squares

Just Upgraded to Office 2003, and in Excel
on tons of cells, I'm getting these little yellow-squares
telling me there is something unusual with the cell content.. (I guess).
There IS NOT !! - How can I "turn-off" this feature, TOTALLY?

Tools|Options->Error Checking and uncheck as many items as needed to make
you happy
