Global Styles

I am taking CSV files and then cleaning them up for data
import export. I have written some Styles that I would
like to be available globally so I can use them when I
open up these CSV files.

I tried using the "Book.xlt" in the XLStart directory but
that does not work with opening a CSV file.

Any ideas? Could I write a macro to recreate all the
styles? Boy I wish there was a Style LIbrary that was
global to all my new or open excel docs...
