The global address book can be seen when using Outlook 2003, when using
another machine with Outlook 2000, the global address book could not be
viewed. Please help.

Is Outlook 2000 configured to connect to an Exchange server via the
Microsoft Exchange transport? The reason that I ask is that Outlook 98/2000
can be installed in Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup mode.
Corp/Workgroup mode is required in order to connect to a Microsoft Exchange
server via the exchange transport.

Also, what version of Exchange? The reason that I ask is that with Exchange
5.5, it offers up the Global Address List. Under Exchange 2000/2003,
Outlook will connect to a domain controller that is a global catalog. Will
need to verify that Outlook 2000 is connecting to a global catalog server
that is in good health.
