Give some database users read only access

I have an Access 2003 database that is used by 4 users. I would like to give
2 of these users read only access and the other 2 full access. How do I do
this?
THANKS!

Since you have only the two groups, you could secure it so that the read only group uses the standard system.mdw (with no login) and the full access group uses the secure mdw (and has to login).

See www.jmwild.com/SecureNoLogin.htm for step by step.

That works for 2 of my users, but I have 2 users that use Citrix Access to
access the database. I ran in to the problem that I cannot create a shortcut
for the Citrix Access users. The problem was once I linked them to the
secure mdw when they opened another unsecured database that we use they were
asked for the password. They would have to manually link and unlink each
time they used the secure mdw. The staff using this aren't computer savy
enough to do this. UGG!!
