GIF and WMF Graphics Filter Missing

Hello.

I have Microsoft Picture It 2001. I went in this morning
to make a birthday card and I can't even start the
program. I get this error: GIF Graphics Filter is
missing, WMF Graphics Filter is Missing. I can't even
uninstall it to reinstall and see if that fixes the
error. Can someone please help me with this error?

1) Check the Help menu for a repair option. If none found, starting
setup for the program should offer a choice for repair.

2) There is a newsgroup for Picture It. You'll find a link for it
under "Home Productivity on this page:
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx

Oh gosh do I feel stupid. I used the wrong bookmark. I do
have the one for Picture It as well and thought this one
was it. I am very sorry to have posted it in the wrong
one.
