Hoping someone can help!

I hope someone can help. My 4 year old did something and I can't fix
it. My desktop is half normal and the bottom half is a giant green
bar, which I am assuming is a giant start button. It lights up when I
put my mouse over it. I have tried to change my font on the control
panel but it won't let me open display. When I right click on the
green area and go to properties, it gives me a list of things to change
about the start menu, but unfortunately much of it is hidden behind the
giant green start button. Can anyone help? Please!
