Giant cannot "find" my broadband connection.

This one is strange because my other protection apps have
no problem connecting and dl new definitions. Giant Anti-
spyware ought to be able to detect. I'm running Panda AV
w/TruProtection, ZoneAlarm Professional- both recognized
by Windows Security but still not connecting to the web.

Two suggestions:

1. Make sure that Internet Explorer is Online ( not Offline).

2. Check your Fireall Event Log to make sure communications Inbound and
Outbound are not being blocked.
