Ghosting XP using Ghost 2003 and Sysprep 2.0

I am trying to Ghost a Master Machine (OS,Applications, driver,
updates..) to Create an image on the network and use it all the time
but I am facing a problem with Sysprep tool. Any time I double click
on sysprep tool a GUI will show up with few options:
-Factory
-Audit
-Reseal
Other options:
-Don't reset grace period
-Use min-setup
-Don't generate security ID.

Shutdown Mode:
-Shutdown
-Reboot
-Quit
I tried all the shutdown modes but the system will reboot and will
never give me the chance to Ghost the "Master PC". Any time the Master
PC reboots I have to renter the changes made by the Sysprep file. I
don't know what am I doing wrong here.?

Thanks
Sam

you run sysprep and do a shutdown.

you boot using a ghost disk with drivers for the network card the PC has
then you create a ghost image from the hard drive and send it to a different
location!

Isn't that how the instructions from the Ghost manual say?
