Ghost mailbox

I have a user connected to Exchange Server 2003 with Outlook 2003. They have
another user's mailbox in their Folder List they would like to remove.

My problem is that the other user's mailbox is not listed under 'More
Settings', in fact the user and their mailbox in Exchange were deleted some
time ago.

Any suggestions?

I have not tried this for this particular situation but... If you have
access to an
Outlook 2000 client, try opening the user's profile in this Outlook 2000
client
and see if you are able to "see" the ghost account in the More Settings now.

I have found that this works for other "ghost" type issues (delegates, etc.)
