Ghost Directory?

Hello,

I have a directory on my server that no one, not even the admin can get into. The properties dialog doesn't even have a security tab to view permissions or take ownership. It also shows with a 0 bytes disk space. It is as if the directory doesn't actually exist. Any thoughts on either proving the directory doesn't exist or resetting it so people can view it without rebooting?

Thanks,

I had this occur once when I installed a program and put a space after the
path of install , something like
c:\program files\program\prophetx , where x was the space, and then stopped
it installing halfway through.

There was no file size and no tab for security, and I couldn't get rid of
it, even using a 3rd party NTFS boot disk with an explorer shell,

It stayed for a while till I decided to do a clean install, I know you can't
do this as it's the server.

Thanks Jud, this directory is not an application directory, but a file
holder for our policies and procedures. An employee tried doing a copy and
paste to review the docs offline, but something clearly went awry.
