To set the Calendar as your 'startup screen' for Outlook:
In Office 2003 - Outlook menu... Tools, Options, Other (tab), Advanced
Options (button), "Startup in this folder" - browse to your Calendar.

To start Outlook when the PC is booted and logged on:
Drag n' drop w' the right mouse button your Outlook on the Start menu
((All) Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003) to
your Start, (All) Programs, Startup menu - and on drop, select Copy.

Step number 3 - ensure the shortcut you selected to drag/drop on the startup
menu has the correct shortcut. The one on the Start Menu normally uses the
in-box.
