Getting started

I know that outlook is to get the messeges from your email account to your pc.

However, I don't know how to set it up. How to make it recieve the emails
from my email account.

can any one explain it to me please?
I am using office outlook 2003

Aloha R,

If it's the free Hotmail then you can't - you have to pay for the premium
version in order to use Outlook as the client for it.

what about outlook express 6.0? can I use the free hotmail with it then?

Aloha R,

No. The problem isn't the client it's that Hotmail only provides POP3 access
to their premium customers. Everybody else has to use the web interface.

Actually even if. They discontinued POP service for the free accounts even
the older ones. I've had mine for years (though I rarely use it) and it
doesn't offer any ability to check it with a POP client.
