getting rid of site & getting my desktop back?

I have got a web site that will keep poping up when i
connect to the internet and will not go away, EVEN when i
restared my computer it will always say WARNING - the
site is www.smart-security.info/?affid=DNN-1 - how can i
get rid of this and get my screen saver and desktop back
to normal - i am not the smartest person and it was my
son who messed me up i know how they are when they go
exporing around to diff sites! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. I
HAVE SPY SWEEPER - AD-AWARE6. ALSO BUT I GUESS THEY DID
NOT WORK.
 
Add this annoyance to IE Restricted Zone
and it should come up no more less it's your home page :O. In that case you may need to adjust your settings accordingly :)
