Getting rid of marks on word documents

Recently when I opened up Microsoft word there were L marks in all the corners of the document. I want to get rid of them. They don't print out, but I really want to find a way to get rid of them. Can anybody help?

Hi, jaimen,

The corner marks occur when you have at least one Asian language
configured in Office. To get rid of them, you have to remove any Asian
languages.

In Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools >
Microsoft Office <version> Language Settings, select any Asian
languages (Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, etc.) and click Remove.
