getting rid of headers and footers

I have tried to get rid of the header and footer that prints out on
everything that I print from aol. Even on my emails that I print. I have
deleted it on IE but it still prints out on aol. I have deleted it before but
I can't for the life of me figure out how I did it. I had to wipe out
everything on my computer and re-install so now the headers and footers are
back. HELP!
