Getting rid of 'Attach as Adobe pdf"

How do i get rid of this annoying toolbar button? I've
done the obvious right click and uncheck the box but the
thing keeps on coming back. I also have this problem
with all my Office2003 progs.

You ought to be able to remove the addin (tools, options, other, advanced)
