Getting must have subscribtion error in Outlook, not getting email

I have been using Outlook for over a year now, and all of the sudden between
last night and this morning, it's not letting me use it. I am getting an
error message with "Outlook and Outlook Express now requires a subscribtion"
But I have several emails one of which through Verizon I do pay for.

My suspicion is that your message is coming from MSN's Hotmail (WIndows Live
Mail) which does require a subscription to access. Most mail accounts were
altered to disable Outlook/OE access. Some older accounts were allowed to
continue using it. Even those old accounts, however, are being altered to
disallow unpaid access.
