Getting knocked offline- help!!

I am running Outlook Express, and when I start it up, as soon as my inbox
loads, I am knocked offline. When I attempt to send an email, I am taken
offline. This problem started suddenly a few days ago. Can anyone please
help??? Thank you.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
