Getting error message "Ribbon_GetImexImage" when opening Tasks

I'm using OL2007, SP1

The following error message appears after a task is opened and a menu item
such as Developer or Add-in is selected.

Custom UI Runtime Error in Microsoft Access for Outlook Add-in for Data
Collection & Publishing
An error occured while calling the callback:
"Ribbon_GetImexImage"

If I click OK everything seems to work OK, but because I use customized
tasks extensively, it's becoming a real nusiance.

I posted this a few days ago and haven't seen any responses. Have I posted
it in the wrong forum?
