Getting Error "500 T not understood"

I'm getting error '500 T not understood' when trying to put files on my
server from frontpage's file>publish to web option....can anyone help me out
with this...or lead me in the right direction to correcting it? Your
assistance is appreciated

Have you contacted your host, as a 500 error is generated by the server.
