Getting erro message at bootup.

I am running win2k pro. When I bootup my machine I am
getting an error message that reads like the fallowing:

"Window cannot start because the fallowing file is missing
or currupt:
Winnt\System32\Config\Systemced"

I have ran the repair from the cd and it still does the
same thing at bootup. Can some please help.
