getting design tool box in existing forms to add other tabbed form

i have existing form with tabbed pages i want to add one more tabbed form to
the existing one but in design view i am not getting the design tool box and
insert menu in the menu bar to insert the fields to the new tabbed form from
the existing table

I'm not sure if this is what you want.
In Design View, right-click on the form. Select Insert Page.
