Is there a way to create a word document which when you type a certain code
in, it then brings a sentance which is held in an excel document into the
document. Which will then save the person time of typing the sentance out
over and over again!

Any ideas???

There's a feature in Word for this: Autotext.
Do Tools, AutoCorrect Options, and select AutoText.

You can add any sentence there, and close. When in the document you type the
first few letters of that sentence it will automatically be completed. You
can then Enter to accept the suggestion.

What's the significance of the Excel document? You can insert text using
autotext or autocorrect or includetext. Inserting text from an Excel
document is more problematical than using one of the above.
