Getting Communication Error when trying to Download

I am running XP Home Edition with SP2 and Windows 6.0. I am trying to
download the Citibank VAN program, but when I try to do the download I get
the message: "Sorry, an error occurred. Virtual Account Number has not been
installed at this time. Please close down all applications and try again." I
have turned off my firewall and pop up blocker programs, but to no avail.
Citibank is stumped. Help!

Found answer! Since I am with an ISP, must go to Tools/Internet
Options/Connections and then set the "Network settings" and he "LAN settings"
to "Automatic"!
