Hi,

Have you ever been able to send and receive email from this machine? The problem you are experiencing could likely be caused by inaccurate settings for your mail account. Please
refer to the following Knowledge Base article for more information on configuring email accounts in Outlook.

In addition, you might also contact your Internet Service Provider to make sure you have the correct names for the POP and SMTP servers.

to the server was interrupted??? Thanks. I did turn off my firewall and reset a couple other settings, then started everything up and it worked. Then I rest my firewall, etc. Thanks.
