Getting 0x8000000C5 and Status_access_violation errors

This happens anytime i Try to encode video using various 3rd party programs
(3-4 different ones) and the support team for two of them both refered me to
MS for OS/hardware related issues. I was hoping to find out what exactly
would cause these........OS ? RAM ? CPU ? Here is a short log of one of them
generated by a program (named removed), i also got STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION on
diff. program :

Anyone ? please now windows itself is completely crashing when i even try to
encode a simple 2 minute file using multiple programs ? do i just buy a new
PC ? any ideas (id really like to you know save money lol)
